Who We Are

ActiLink is a Discord bot that lets users link their Activision ID and look up IDs via slash commands (/link, /unlink, /lookup) and a user context menu.

Information We Collect

• Discord User ID — a numeric identifier provided by Discord.
• Activision ID — the value you provide with /link (display name with optional #digits discriminator).

We do not collect message content, emails, IP addresses, or other personal attributes.

How We Use Information

• Enable linking and unlinking of Activision IDs.
• Allow lookups by Discord mention via /lookup and the user context menu.
• Operate a global database that works across multiple servers.

Trust Model & Duplicates

Linking is trust-based. We do not verify ownership of an Activision ID, so the same ID may be linked by multiple users. Server lookups only show results for members of the server where the command is executed.

Legal Basis

For users in the EU/EEA/UK, our processing is based on legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in providing bot functionality with minimal data.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Data may be processed by our hosting/database providers solely to operate the service.

Data Retention

We retain your data until you remove it via /unlink or we discontinue the service.

Security

• We store only minimal identifiers (Discord User ID + Activision ID).
• Access to the database is restricted to service operations.

Your Choices & Rights

• Use /unlink to remove your Activision ID at any time.
• Contact us (details below) if you cannot access Discord and want your data removed.
• Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data.

Children’s Privacy

The bot is used within Discord, which is intended for users aged 13+ (or the minimum age in your region).

International Transfers

Your data may be stored or processed in locations outside your country. We use reputable providers and aim to protect data consistently.
